Shipping & Refund

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We strive to dispatch orders the next business day whenever possible.

Shipping Regions:
We only supply goods within the EU and EEA regions, excluding the UK.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Europe: Delivery within 7–15 business days.
    If more than 15 days have passed since your order was shipped, please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Liability for Delays, Losses, or Misrouted Orders

While we strive to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of all orders, we are not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by customers due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders. This includes, but is not limited to, missed deadlines, additional shipping fees, or other consequential losses.

In the event of a delay, lost package, or misrouted shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is applicable in accordance with our policies.


Insured Shipping Option

For added peace of mind, we offer an insured shipping option at checkout. By selecting insured shipping:

  • Your order will be covered against loss or damage during transit.
  • Claims for insured shipping must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

If insured shipping is not selected, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during transit. We recommend selecting this option for valuable or time-sensitive shipments.


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Charges:
The customer is responsible for covering any shipping charges associated with returning items.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
